Mold Test - Lid with IML for wastepaper basket

In this video we show the testing of a plastic injection mold.

Before the mold is sent to the customer, it is tested in an environment similar to that of the customer so that we can ensure that the mold functions properly at its final destination.

Mold Features:

✔️ Low thickness - allows to reduce the weight of the plastic part and therefore reduce production costs and work cycle;

✔️ Short cycle - the mold will work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;

✔️ Extraction with hydraulics - the injector does not need to trigger the extraction.
