With a highly specialized team, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, Quickmold has the capacity to produce up to 30 molds/year, with dimensions up to 2500 x 1600 x 2000 mm and 25 tons of weight.
Our molds for thin-walled parts or parts with thin thicknesses have enormous advantages:
- Mass production of articles;
- Reduction of the amount of raw material and cycle time;
- More economical products for the final consumer.
With Bi injection / Bi material molds it is possible to obtain complex plastic parts, with 2 to 3 different raw materials. The Quickmold 360° Solutions are turnkey solutions for injection molding, blow molding and thermoforming. All production stages are constantly monitored so that the high-quality standards are maintained. Throughout the project, after the first trials, modifications are a matter of course, which Quickmold quickly carries out. At the end of the project all documentation is handed over, including Certificates of Guarantee. This is followed by support and assistance with guaranteed spare parts supply.

In the concept development of the product, we are at your side to ensure that our expertise - in design and development - enables you to reliably obtain the part idealized by the customer. The 3D printing of the product, prior to the mold design, guarantees the flexibility needed to introduce the necessary changes and adjustments. This capability allows significant gains in time and a proportional decrease in the investment required.
MOLDFLOW
Study
The detailed analysis of the injection of plastic parts, vital in the rigorous definition of the mold construction details, is done through the Moldflow study. This stage allows you to foresee possible gaps in the design and predict the performance of polymers during injection, cooling, compacting and warping, optimizing the design and reducing not only delivery times but also production costs.
Mold Engineering
and Design
Only with excellent levels of engineering and project management is it possible to deliver a mold that meets the customer's expectations. Quickmold uses the most recent and advanced software, ensuring state-of-the-art methodologies, whether the mold is simple or complex.
Prototype
Molds
For small series or low budgets, the solution may be a prototype mold. In this case the production times are lower and the delivery times are faster.
CNC
Machining
At Quickmold, besides the manufacture of molds, we are equipped for all types of CNC machining. We have several CNC equipment suitable for machining parts up to 8 tons and 2400 x 1600 x 900 mm.
